Eunoia

Designing rest becomes urgent when exhaustion is normalized.

Eunoia is a holistic wellness project that responds to the consequences of contemporary work-related strain by proposing a space for pause and recovery within the urban environment. The design weaves together architecture, nature, and sensory experience as tools to reduce mental overload, enhance cognitive clarity, and support emotional balance. Through the use of noble materials, an active presence of vegetation, and a carefully controlled atmosphere, the project creates a contemporary refuge aimed at the physical and mental regeneration of users exposed to high-demand corporate dynamics.
